Il nuovo sport del millennio e il KiteSurfing, un misto tra windsurf e parapendio. Questo sport viene praticato attualmente verso NORD del Lago di Garda dove grazie anche al vento gli atleti possono provare l’ebbrezza di planare e volare.
Sul Lago di Garda nel Comune di Malcesine si trova l’unica area attrezzata per questo sport dove oltre che noleggiare il materiale si può imparare a conoscere questo sport grazie a istruttori qualificati.

Der neue Sport des Milleniums ist das Kitesurfen, ein Mix aus Windsurfen und Paragliden. Dieser Sport wird eigentlich am Meer praktiziert, fasst aber seit ca. 2 Jahren Fuß im nördlichen Teil des Gardasees, wo die Sportler, dank der schwachen Winde, den Rausch von Fliegen und Gleiten ausprobieren können. Am Gardasee, in der Gemeinde Malcesine findet sich die bislang einzige geeignete Zone für diesen Sport. Hier kann man nicht nur die Ausrüstung leihen, sondern diesen Sport auch mit Hilfe ausgebildeter Instruktoren erlernen.
